Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Digiduct (accessible from https://www.digiduct.in/), we are committed to providing quality digital products and services to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All digital products sold through Digiduct (including but not limited to downloadable software, eBooks, online tools, subscriptions, and digital files) are non-refundable once the order has been placed and the product has been delivered or accessed.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.

  • This policy is in place because digital products are intangible and cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and product access has been granted.

  • In case of duplicate transactions due to technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours for review.


3. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

We may provide a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product you purchased is not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
    In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment.
