Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Digiduct (accessible from https://www.digiduct.in/), we are committed to providing quality digital products and services to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
All digital products sold through Digiduct (including but not limited to downloadable software, eBooks, online tools, subscriptions, and digital files) are non-refundable once the order has been placed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.
This policy is in place because digital products are intangible and cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and product access has been granted.
In case of duplicate transactions due to technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours for review.
3. Exceptions to No Refund Policy
We may provide a refund or replacement only if:
The product you purchased is not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment.
